….maybe when when the over dubbed the Daleks for NZ consumption (the English, who can understand what they’re on about!) the replaced “exterminate” with “hi yah”….or was that “extrapolate- extrapolate-extrapolate”?…
Jury’s out on that as Daleks come from planet Skaros so the English translation may be flawed. Chinese whispers kinda scenario.
