Paintbook 31

…so the rule was….

…outline in the red, filler in orange, “suckers” in lighter orange, outline in yellow….

…then, green, blue, indigo, and purple…

…all seven colours in order…

….(I’d imagine I’ll be aiming for seven of these all starting with the next colour outlines and proceeding thru the spectrum as I usually do)….

Sketchy XVIII

….below is an attempt to use the 8 colour pen in 9 x 3 colour combinations…

…a bit bland for my liking but the idea is pursued in paintbook for the next few “Paintbook” posts…

…(some results may vary)….

The Return Of Sketchy

…or “Sketchy XVII” in the parlance that was being used late last year when last I dipped into the the bottomless sketchbook….

….a continuance of the “aztec” octopus thing from the sketch book just on a year ago….

…(….really, Tony?….really?…a whole f**cking year?…..)….

….(….mmmm…notes to self….did I “action” those?….)….

…(…er….probably not…)….

Not As Directionless As I Implied

….pre yesterday’s template piece….

…3 days later….

…outside the sketchbook pieces….

…to the right is a pre-template-ruled-line-felt-marker job…to the left is a post-template-with-new-improved-skull-size-standardisation-colour-pencil job….

….no, I won’t be making enough to paper the hallway….

…(or will I?)….

Directionless

…well almost….

…am juggling several small projects (between work days) during lockdown…

…the above is a template for one of those…

…waiting for the paint shop to open again so I can get the last three colours for that enormous piece that needs finished….

…busy, busy, but not blogging regularly….
