Catching Up On Stuff

…did this ages ago….

…already posted, I know, but now it has a frame around it…

…and around the time it was completed,I photocopied it a bunch of times and did this with it….

..don’t go looking for it as it’s already been overpainted by some graf addict with a three letter tag…

….but fun whilst it lasted….

….had a bunch of copies left over…

…so I cut them up and did this….

…which ultimately led to the circled skulls I posted a month or so back…

…mmmmm…decoupage….

…(…the warning sticker visible on the base of the skull is the one that comes with every papier mache skull…in which the manufacturers claim that if you can fit in your mouth you will choke…)…

Peggy’s Square

….even tho the entries in paintbook were only meant to be background colour guides for a larger, more complicated thing, these met with ooos and aahs in “some quarters” so I thought it wise to do them “properly” as a finished piece….

….wasn’t till after I’d finished that I realised they look like ol’ peggy square throw rugs crochet by “your nan”…..

…(possibly explains their “popularity”)….

…that’s me all caught up with paintbook…

…there is another piece all laid out in there, but I’ll be working on big things for the foreseeable future so I’m not sure when I’ll get to it…

…likewise sketchbook is involved with something a little larger and for someone else’s publication so that source of posting might dry up for awhile…

…stay tuned though ‘cos I’m easily side tracked and may be back here sooner than I’m anticipating!….
