…saw a ceramic tree of life in Julie’s apartment whilst watching old episodes of Mod Squad….

….thought….”I wonder if I could make one of those”…

….”but with tentacles”….

…for the first few pages of a new sketch book I’m always at a loss as to what to draw….(exacerbated by post covid bullstuff in this case)…

…so I tend to go back to what I was doing in the previous book and give that another go….

….just to get the ball rolling as it were

…felt like a real chore at the time and brain fog made me think that I wasn’t hitting the mark at all compared to pre covid scrawlings….
