….I was talking shit at my favourite bookshop (Hi Dean @ Dead Souls)…
…when a loud noise drew us out side to see this across the street…
…. a large piece of fell out of this building that wasn’t supposed to fall out like that…
…a’hole developer left it undeveloped soooo long because he couldn’t tear the historic frontage down and do as he pleased with the land underneath it, that the whole structure became very unstable…….making it even more dangerous for the guys trying to carefully remove it…
…mmmm…
…demolition by neglect….
